Station Manager - Telemundo Boston/Providence

ZGS Communications, the largest independent owner and operator of Telemundo affiliate television stations, is looking for an effective leader with demonstrated experience working in diverse
market places to fill the Station Manager position in the New England region.

The Station Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the station, overseeing advertising sales and new business development, marketing and community relations, traffic and billing
operations as well as staffing and human resources. The Station Manager is also responsible for managing the short and long-term strategic goals. In addition, needs to have the ability to identify
and evaluate the needs of the station, provide guidance, direction, and solutions. Applicant must be dynamic, creative and resourceful leader who has strong leadership and communication skills
as well as a proven track record of new client and partnership development. The successful Station Manager will actively engage the station, its team and the community at large.

Account Executive – Fort Myers, Fresno, El Paso, Hartford, San Antonio, Tampa and Washington, DC

ZGS Communications, a multi-media company, seeks Account Executive Sales candidates. Must be self-motivated to cultivate new business, direct, outside sales and generate on-line and non-traditional revenue. Duties include prospecting, cold-calling and maintaining existing business. Candidate must have 2-5 years sales experience (preferably media or online sales) and be able to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.

Candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.

Candidate should have excellent presentation skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients. The successful candidate must be a team player, a self-starter and have the ability to work well with management and additional sales staff. Attention to detail and follow through is critical. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
